Dispatch: Both Films Are in the Edit

Status report from the edit bay: both films are shot. The South Coast came back with golden-hour bluff footage that needed no color grade and a waterfall sequence that still gives me chills, mostly because I know what's hidden in the frame.

The Home Harbor was the harder shoot — solo sailing while solo filming is a genre of chaos I now understand deeply. The anchoring lesson survived intact, the oysters did not survive at all, and the sandspit run at the end is exactly the feeling this whole project exists to bottle.

The rings are already in place, which means the clock is ticking in the best way: every day in the edit is a day the rings sit undisturbed. The clues are sealed until each film is public, so nobody starts early and everybody starts together.
